The Association of Residential Letting Agents are the foremost governing body for the lettings and management industry and applicants hoping to achieve membership must pass exams in Health and Safety, Security and General Law, Legal Aspects of Letting and Management, Residential Property Letting Practice, Residential Property Management Practice.
By passing these exams Lorna has proven her knowledge, experience and understanding of lettings and management, which is a great benefit to our landlords and tenants. Added to her success, Nick Spayne is also already a Member of ARLA and Julie Spayne is a Fellow of ARLA, whilst Devon Rose are proud to be recognised as a Licenced Agent of ARLA.
