To help you understand the Green Deal and how it can help you improve your property, Devon Rose have organised two seminars with qualified local Green Deal Assessors who can explain how it all works, arrange assessments of your properties and put you in contact with authorised Green Deal companies to carry out the work on your property.
The seminars will be held at our offices at 12 Queen Street, Dawlish at 4pm and 6pm on Thursday 25th September 2014.

Did you know… by 2018 landlords will not be permitted to let a property that scores below an E Grade on its Energy Performance Certificate, so landlords with those properties should take particular interest in the improvements available through the Green Deal now. If you don’t know the EPC Grade of your property you can retrieve your EPC via the Landmark website at;
